This event, like many held in various cities around the world is an annual gathering of Salsa dancers, teachers, students, choreographers and DJ's. Many troupes from around the world including amateur and professional tally their tallent on stage for everyone to enjoy.

During the congress, world famous acts teach workshops to show the assembled dancers and teachers of the world a taste of their own technique and views on Salsa.
